CASHMERE
Knitted garments should be folded on a shelf, not a hanger. It should be clean and in some sort of sealable garment bag with protection against moths. If they wrinkle, use a steamer rather than pressing to remove the wrinkles.  To clean you can hand wash in cold water with a delicate cleanser, wring excess water from the garment and reshape the garment and lay flat to dry.  Alternately you can take the garment to a green dry cleaner (with good yelp reviews). 

SILK
Take to a green dry cleaner as necessary to clean. Lightly steam to remove wrinkles between wearing, be cautious about over heating the garment as it can impact the finish. Do not spot clean EVER silk does not respond well, better to clean the whole garment.
